Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager will play a pivotal role in leading client relationships, crafting innovative strategies, and driving the execution of impactful campaigns. This position requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of public relations, influencer marketing, and the ability to connect the dots across various platforms to deliver exceptional results

Responsibilities will include a combination of:

Client and Account Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and fostering strong relationships built on trust and results.
Lead the development and implementation of monthly account plans and activities, aligning with clients’ strategic goals.
Provide strategic counsel to clients, offering proactive solutions to address challenges and meet objectives.
Oversee multiple accounts to ensure seamless campaign execution, exceptional client satisfaction, and adherence to deadlines.
Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights in detailed reports to clients and senior management.

Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution:

Develop and execute creative, data-driven PR strategies, marketing plans, and integrated campaigns tailored to client needs.
Spearhead innovative ideas for client campaigns, with a particular focus on influencer and lifestyle strategies as well as others.
Write compelling press releases, thought leadership pieces, media materials, and client updates that resonate with target audiences.
Identify and secure high-level media opportunities, blog placements, and influencer partnerships to elevate client visibility.
Manage the arrangement of interviews, editorial meetings, and exclusive media opportunities for client spokespeople.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PR or communications environment, with a proven track record of success in managing multiple client accounts.
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in guiding and mentoring teams.
Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Expertise in securing media placements across traditional, digital, and influencer platforms.
Proficiency in developing and managing influencer campaigns, with a robust understanding of the lifestyle sector.
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and their application in PR and marketing campaigns.
Commercial acumen with experience in account growth and new business development.
